Jump on my Triond Bandwagon

I got the idea for this through another Triond writer's article...

I read an article by Lauren Axelrod  ( her article ) and it inspired me to start my TRIOND BANDWAGON.

The idea is to add 2 of your friends' profile links to the comment box, now if you see they are already listed by another then please add someone else, that way, for example; Chan Lee Peng, Christy Tuller, R J Evans, Anne Lyken Garner and Louie Jerome will not be listed several times. ( You are allowed to add these names in the comment box, I have just used some of my origional Triond friends names for examples). I appreciate time is of the essence so I will not kick you off the wagon if it happens, we are friends! ;)

The idea is to pay it forward, share a friend's work within the Triond community. You will be able to come back and forth to find a new writer recommended by another and build a list of quality writers in your friends section. The Trolls, as Lauren likes to call them will not be amongst those in the list, as they have no work to see! I know there are works out there I would love to read but with the way Triond is growing I will never get the chance, well until now, now I will find out new Triond writers and contributors by checking out my BANDWAGGON.

I have many friends on Triond and I know I will not offend or hurt them if I have not mentioned their names, I support them in many other ways. The idea is to have fun with the band wagon and maybe go off and design your own (NO Bandwagon 2 titles please).

Let's play Jump on The Bandwagon! Have Fun!

Take care and rest well.

Thank you so kindly Melody* - and wow, this is an interesting article - many of the writers have already mentioned some of my favorite writers so I would add some who have not been mentioned about:

1. Lucy Lockett - she's a shining star
2. Francie - who used to be more active on the site
3. Joe Poniatowski - who's not only a gifted writer, but a loyal friend
4. Chris Stonecipher - a kind hearted writer
5. poetic enimga - who always leaves wonderful comments and who's work is beautiful
6. TP Sage - who's poetry is breathtaking...

I could go on and on!

Blessings.

Sincerely,

I vote for CHAN LEE PENG as he writes excellent articles, particularly his health articles, complete and detailed. We've benefited greatly from his articles.

Next, I'd vote for judy sheldon, valli, goodselfme and BC Doan for their great works. Their URL are as follows:

https://www.triond.com/users/Judy+Sheldon
https://www.triond.com/users/Goodselfme
https://www.triond.com/users/BC+Doan
https://www.triond.com/users/valli

I'm voting them from my view of their quality pieces, and also from a view out of Triond community. Hopefully, their works are appreciated greatly. Thanks!
#45 by  PR Mace, Nov 14, 2008

I also want to encourage you to reel in Wizard Brown. He was my very first friend - we all remember those! He hasn\'t had a chance to write lately, but has a strong contribution to make in the area of sports journalism.

While it is quiet here I would like to sneak in two of my very first friends:

Routledge, whose articles are always good for a laugh
and
Autumnrose, especially her Darwinator

Hi Lucas
I am catching my breathe now, the support has been incredible, I will look up your recommendations, I hope they collect their tickets to ride!
#82 by M J katz, Nov 22, 2008
What a great idea! As I was scrolling down...and down...and down...in order to nominate two writers who have given me so much support and help, I was surprised to find that both of them got here first and mentioned me...a newbie!
Thank you both so very much! A person couldn't ask for better friends!
I nominate Christine Ramsey for her poems that speak directly to the heart, and Eddiego65 for his unusual, interesting, and witty articles. I promise that if you read their works, you won't be disappointed!
And Glynis has a kitty photo that would make even a grumpy person smile. You can find it at http://www.picable.com/Architecture/Gardens/When the World Gets Tough Hide.250041
Happy reading, everyone!

M J Katz has her ticket to ride, I have seen her work and I tell you now you will not be disappointed!!

Today Allison West gets a ticket to ride, she has so many articles I find interesting, I know you will too:

Don\'t forget to tell her she has a ticket ride, all aboard!

#84 by  Christy Tuller, Nov 23, 2008
I'm still along for the ride! I was going to sneak in some more nominations but you've allready gotten one of them. Autumnrose is a wonderful writer. I would like to add Ruben Etienne and Rebecca Anne Grant. I hope they get on the bandwagon next!
By the way, have a safe flight this weekend!
#85 by  Glynis Smy, Nov 24, 2008
Well thanks for that Christy, we love to see folks names mentioned several times and they deserve the ticket! Thanks Saturday will see me land in my old country the UK for the first time since 2005, I have a ticket to ride, let's hope the wings stay on, I would rather be on my bandwagon with you guys!
I met a writer Billy no Mates (an English saying) but he doesn't get a ticket as he has no manners, I will be back in awhile with tickets.
#86 by  Patrick Bernauw, Nov 24, 2008
What a magnificent idea! Here on Triond, I like the poetry of
Joanna Maharis (http://www.triond.com/users/Joanna+Maharis), the stories of Bren Parks (http://www.triond.com/users/Bren+Parks) and C. Jordan has some great stuff too (http://www.triond.com/users/C+Jordan).

I have tickets for

I visited here several days ago, and thought I had left a comment.
Let that be a warning to other writers to check that your comment has "taken" on the page by checking it is there before you leave the page. I obviously made a mitake with the code or my own ID.
I did not expect to receive a mention but to find, more than one mention is a great honour and very rewarding.Thank you very much.
There are many writers I enjoy and admire so I have to mention those writers who have given me help and encuraged me when I first started:
s. hayes, who introduced me to Triond and encouraged me to start writing.
RJ Evans whose style I admire and again who has encouraged me.
Unofre Pili who continues to offer support and advice
Good work Glynis, and give us an article about your trip back to the UK and give youself a link to it here.
#89 by  Glynis Smy, Nov 24, 2008
C Jordan, forever welcome on the Bandwagon! I placed one on here myself this morning, came back and found it wasn't on there!
Thanks for your recommendations.
Have I found S Hayes before? Ok folks all aboard, next stop S Hayes!
#90 by  Glynis Smy, Nov 24, 2008
I hadn't met S Hayes before and I recommend her work to you , thanks C Jordan for getting her a ticket
#91 by  Bren Parks, Nov 24, 2008
What a great idea for an article....I was told I was mentioned on this page and consider it a great compliment. I like this idea of an open forum. I would like to say that my experiences with the triond site have been rewarding on many levels. I really do enjoy interacting with other writers. It keeps me going when I have writers block and when I feel discouraged. It is refreshing to hear from my readers and makes me feel like I want to keep writing.

Thanks to Patrick Bernauw, I am very impressed with his high quality work and recommend him as well. He is a great writer and has shown great friendship to me as a writer. I am very grateful for his encouragement. Please check out his writing. I am sure you will agree with me.
#92 by  Glynis Smy, Nov 24, 2008
Thanks Bren for collecting your ticket, you deserve it, I have not noticed any evidence of writers block!

I will be busy tomorrow so will not get to check the Bandwagon while most of you are sleeping, therefore I will add a friend of mine I would like to recommend, go and Dan Haugh he has a ticket to ride!

Very nice idea. I would like to recommend the following writers.

Nobert Soloria Bermosa for his ever interesting write-ups and for guiding me all the way through Triond when I was just a newbie here. His public Triond account can be reached here: http://www.triond.com/users/nobert+soloria+bermosa

Mytical Whitewolf for her invaluable assistance. Here she can be reached: https://www.triond.com/users/Mystical+Whitewolf

And C Jordan, for making me laughed out loud the first time I came across one of his articles. His articles are both witty and of profound humor. Here Triond public account can be reached here: https://www.triond.com/users/C+Jordan

Thanks Glynis...more power to you...

I could name many writers who I respect and admire but there are several names that I haven't seen listed; R.B. Parsley, M.C. Johnson and if I may add one more Mys Lyke Meeh. These folks are not only excellent writers but they are also personal friends of mine and Jan's. To the rest of you I salute you and am proud to stand beside you here at Triond.
