Mom, Without You

This is a piece of my loneliness, which is piercing and painful to deal with at times.

Writing down my feelings and pains have always helped me in appeasing myself. This is something I wrote recently when I was feeling my moms absence in this lonely new place.

Mom I miss you
Because I know I can`t go
Where you are, where your love still grows
But the love, you can`t express…..since the change of my address,
Its really hard here…Mom,without you.
Mom,I miss your warm hugs
When my world seems all tensed, rebukes are intense,
None I can hold on to and my loneliness remains.
Since you`re not here,to wipe off my tears…
My tears drop and dry by itself.
Life is so blank Mom,without you.
Mom I miss your sweet smiles
When my life goes haywire…there is no one who can drive me through
There`s no one who reminds”Baby you were born to shine….
These little tests from God, you got to do.”
My heart gets all dried,without your love I`m deprived;
My world is pale Mom,without you.
