The days of the direful calamities are over, and the worries about dangers at night are gone; the hours of arrows during the day are halted, and the fear of secret traps is become a history. The gigantic iroko tree is cut down; the great pillar upon which happiness rested, which was ruined by them that abhorred my hometown for so many years is restored. My peace, my joy, my happiness, my relief; I heard them singing in my hometown, Which connotes: the strongest lion, the deadly snake, the monstrous creature, and the mighty elephant had been brought to submission. As the branches from my hometown fragmented trunk sway and wave from one edge to edge, and put forth the most beautiful blossom; the adversaries gilt has been taken off the gingerbread. The enemy of my hometown, your time is up, and the days of your brutality and atrocity are over; your period of productivity is not extant; the why you are hooded with garment of chagrin, and disdained robe. My hometown, live with a sense of joy and inner-security; a sense of greatness and strong protection; in an insecure world of hatred and horror; live o my hometown, in this world, with a sense of power and delight.
Thanks,man,that\'s really touching, grateful for all your effort, the Lord will see you through ok.
Cheers,
Fidelis Inyom.

A heartwarming poem to give heart to those who think that they will never live in peace again. Wherever your hometown is Amedu, may your neighbours continue to live in peace and freedom from fear.
