The Tale of Four Crimes

A very good mystery written by none other than myself!

Kyle Jackson, Garrett Herthoge, Alex Cunningham, and Martin Inwood all live next door to each other. One day it all went wrong. Very wrong. Kyle's house was bombed. Garrett's house was set on fire. Alex was stolen from. Martin, well he was kidnapped. All of this happened on Friday. Friday the 13th to be exact. Friday July 13th 2013 to be even more exact.

All four “incidents” didn't just happen by “accident”. It was all planned out. There are many suspects. The suspects are as follows: Nathan Scott, Kice Sanders, Sam Schrader, Ryan Toth, Chris Mahank, Joe Dean, Andrew Henderson, Mitch Hixenbaugh, and... Mrs. Ellison. Only one man can figure this out: Clouseau Clouseau.

He was hired the day after the “incidents” happened. Nothing was left of Kyle's or Garrett's houses. Alex was crying because all of his precious items had been stolen and Martin well, we don't know what Martin is doing right now.

“This is a hard case,” said Clouseau, “How can it be this hard to just figure out who done it?”

As it was puzzling Clouseau Sam Schrader turned the corner and bumped into Clouseau.

“Hello there Sam. Any idea about what happened.”

“What? Something happened? Where was I when it happened? No one ever informed me!” said Sam.

Urggg, thought Clouseau. “You know the houses that got bombed, set on fire, robbed, and the dude that got kidnapped? Remember?”

“Ohhhhh that,” said Sam, “No it just happened. I had nothing to do with it at all. I was surprised to hear that it happened.”

“Yah I am so sure Sam. So that's all you have to tell me? That you have no idea about what happened? Ok then I will be back to investigate later.”

And with that they both left to go back to their homes. Sam, Ryan, Joe, and Nathan all live across the street from “the four houses”

The next day Clouseau interrogated Ryan, Nathan, Sam, and Joe. None of them felt like talking except for Nathan. So Clouseau said that he would come back another day soon and next time they better talk. He also went and talked with Kice, Chris, Andrew, and Mrs. Ellison who all live behind “the four houses” All of them spoke except for Kice so he told him that he could meet with him tomorrow with the others. Mitchell Hixenbaugh lived on the other side of town but he was a suspect because he acted strange whenever someone brought up the “incidents” and that was quite strange. Yes most people got a little jittery when they hear about that but these nine people get a little too jittery when someone mentions it.

Clouseau knew it had to be one of those nine and he had to find out. When he went to interrogate Sam, Kice, Joe, and Ryan the next day they talked very little but not much. Clouseau was getting very suspicious about these four characters. Why would they not talk thought Clouseau. These four must have done it. All four of them seemed to be acting the same way like they had it all planned out about what they where going to do. Now it all made sense! Each one of them did one of the different crimes! Like Sam burned down Garrett's house and like Kice exploded Kyle's! Clouseau was so excited that he fell asleep instantly and didn't wake until 12:17PM the next afternoon.

“Holy Cow! It's 12:17PM! How could I have slept so late? It doesn't seem like me. I always get up on time. Well at least I know who the culprits are. I shall go and talk with them instantly,” said Clouseau.

He gathered eight of the people with him. He got Sam, Kice, Joe, Ryan, Chris, Nathan, Andrew, and Mrs. Ellison together to discuss his findings. He forgot one person because he was just a crazy old lunatic who doesn't know anything. But what he doesn't know is that Jacques Clouseau's house was being stolen from and then bombed right at this very moment. No one knew or thought that Mitchell Hixenbaugh the lunatic could be a murderer, a thief, and a kidnapper. He did it all by himself and he is very proud of it.

Clouseau didn't find out about his house until he came back from the conference with everyone (expect for Mitch) and was stunned at what he saw. He even found the front door intact and brought it to the CIA to do a fingerprint testing. He couldn't do it with the other houses because he had used rubber gloves and left no fingerprints. This time (as he soon found out) he didn't have the gloves on because the test revealed that Mitchell Hixenbaugh was guilty and was going to be in jail for a long long time. Everyone in the town was very happy. Everything returned to normal and all went on as if nothing had ever happened and all was good.
