A Poem: Of What Color Does Red Belong?

I wrote this in fourth grade, cut me some slack. I don't think I meant for it to have any hidden meaning when I wrote it, but now that I read it over, I guess it could be symbolic of a couple different things.

Of what color does red belong?

Green, in the great Amazon, standing out greatly from the tree tops?

Or Yellow, in a great lightning storm, hundreds of great yellow flashes, then just on red flash?

Or maybe blue, in the huge Atlantic Ocean, all blue, then just red?

Where does red belong?

Not with yellow, green, nor blue.

Red belongs on the poisonous snakes of the Amazon, or the sparks that are made when lightning strikes the ground. Or, most of all, at the top of the rainbow that floats in the mists above the ocean.

Red belongs with red.

Excellent stuff from a 4th grader! One of life's greatest mysteries. I think you were on to something here. :)
