My teenage daughter is very hard to communicate with. When she was younger it was much easier. She would come to me with all her problems.
Now that she is older. She does not come to me any more. She would rather call her best friend on the phone . To tell her the problem. The only way I can get information on what's. going on with her. Is to go to her room and make her talk to me. Then I'm not sure if she is telling me what is really bother her. I know she has been thought a lot.
I tell her I can not help her if I do not know what the problem is. I know that parents try and fix every thing sometimes they need to do it on there own. I still do not like seeing her upset and not know the problem or how to help her. Sometimes I think she is a typical teenager. I just wish she would you trust me to help her. Like she did when she was younger.
