Why are the holidays our designated time to be thankful? I can't speak for anyone else, but I am thankful for things on a daily basis. I am most thankful for my four beautiful children and wonderful husband. I'm thankful we have jobs to provide a home, food and clothing for our children. I'm thankful for my awesome mother-in-law who I can call any time, day or night, for child-rearing advice. Yet she never meddles in our lives unnecessarily. I'm glad we have computers, cell phones, MP3's and anything else that makes life a little easier and more convenient. I'm thankful for our new puppy, Candy, who keeps me warm at night while my husban works the graveyard shift.
I'm thankful for that first cup of coffee he brings me every morning when he says "good morning my love". I'm thankful for the beautiful sunshine that warms us and for our pool to jump in to cool down. I'm thankful for Captain Morgan and Marlboro's, everyone needs to relax once in awhile. I'm thankful for my old reliable Suburban, even though it wouldn't kill me to walk. I gues I am just thankful for everyone and everything in my life every single day!
