Have you ever laid on the grass and stared at the stars? I have. It's a thought provoking experience. I wonder why humans exist. I ponder if life exists elsewhere in the growing universe. I think that maybe we as the human race are but an accident. Each day we (humans) use the Earth in much the same way parasites use their host.
And in many respects that's just what we are, parasites. Think about it. Fossil fuels are slowing being depleted, and because of this global warming has risen its ugly head like the phoenix from the ashes. We do more harm than help this planet. We are a means to an end, and then end of a beginning. I can't say what is next in the evolution of mankind, but I will say that whatever is to come should be at a small cost and have a vast reach on energies of this world. We need to make the homes and families more self sufficient instead of relying on the industrial oil companies.
What if everyone used solar power to convert water into hydrogen to heat their homes and power their vehicles? Maybe tap in to the geo-thermal energy to have a Dutch door action upon heating and cooling their homes? Not only could hydrogen be used to heat but power a fuel cell and light up the electrical needs in tandem with the solar power during the day. What about wind? Maybe have a small wind farm in the backyards of home owners? What if the day came that no one had to pay energy bills? Really water is the source of all life and is far more important than we think. These aren't real solutions yet and are just a dream of mine.
