Ingrid Lorenzo and I are bestfriends since we were in elementary. We are like Timon and Pumba of Lion King. Ingrid is the Timon. She is smart, funny, and wacky. I am the Pumba. I am idealistic, introspective, and reflective. Many people say that we are inseperable. We have many things in common. We are both die-hard fans of Alicia Silverstone. Our favorite expressions are "Duh!", "Whatever!", "Eoww!", and "Todo Na To!?" We both love to watch action, adventure, comedy and romantic movies. We both love to watch Lizzie Mcguire, Totally Spies, and Kim Possible. The types of music we listen are classical, ballad, rock, and pop. Sometimes, we go out together and have fun.
We both have hectic schedules. She is very busy with her work, while I am very busy with my studies. That is the reason why we don't go out together a lot. When we were in our elementary years, we used to have BQ (best friend’s quarrel). I never forget that incident. That incident happened during the Home Economic class. I lost my patience in teaching her the crochet, so I started whining while she started nagging. Then, the Home Economic teacher looked at us with dagger look to stop us. When we were fighting with each other, we were like Amor Powers and Madame Claudia of Pangako Sa 'Yo, the prime time soap opera of ABS-CBN 2. She is the Madame Claudia, the snob one.
I am the Amor Powers. I always thirst for revenge and a snob one too. (Ah…Those good old days…) Before, we were both young and immature. As we grow old together, we realized our past mistakes. When we remembered that incident, we just laughed it off. Now, if there is a problem, we discuss it first and try to solve it. We are more open to each other.
