Physically she is not one of the prettiest women around; in fact, she asked me when we first got together, “it is almost like you are ashamed to be seen with me in public”! You see when we would walk into a mall together. I would keep a distance from her physically. The thing is, she was right about it, but would never admit it to her under any circumstances. She is just not attractive at all, but I stay with her regardless. She does not have a good body and in fact, the only time I would have sex with her was in the dark and under the covers, but our sex lives were active and I knew she loved me.
There have been other rather more attractive women come along over the years that have made themselves available to me for sure. Nevertheless, did not act on my impulse and nothing other than friendly conversations ever take place; even a lot of people would not believe that. She can be difficult to live with, she smokes, and I do not. She is dominating which is something that I do not like and is a source of bickering over the years but I stay with her regardless.
Why do I stay with her, even now there is a younger women who has made herself available to me and yes it is a temptation, but regardless will I not act on it. However, I do enjoy the attention from this woman who is flirtatious, it appeals to my male ego, that a young attractive woman would be interested in me as a mate, for me she reaffirms my ego as a virile man. Nevertheless, act upon it well that is highly unlikely. Why do I stay with this women, one word, and love!
