Don't be Offended
by OhSugar, Dec 29, 2008
As long as you are someone's doormat, their world is fine. As soon as you make the choice to take back your life, they get offended. No one should ever settle to be someone's doormat. When they get tire of wearing you out, they will toss you out with the trash and get a new mat. This piece is written in fiction, but I know this does happen, and sometimes you don't get to make the choice to leave.
