 | | Nabau | | by Liz, May 29, 2008 | | An old folktale about an otherworldly beast from the rainforests of Malaysia/Indonesia. A story that was told to me by a family member during one evening after a family dinner. The story told takes place during WWII because of the relevance of the Japanese invasion. | | Comments(0) Liked It: 0 |

 | | Dahab | | by Liz, May 29, 2008 | | A travel piece set in Egypt, specifically set in Dahab, a northern part of the country. It is a favorite among laid back people (mostly backpackers visit). In this piece a group of college students are concentrated on during their Easter break holiday to the area whilst they continue their scuba diving qualifications. This is just one part of a longer piece as the title denotes. | | Comments(0) Liked It: 0 |

 | | Summer 1 | | by Liz, May 29, 2008 | | A few friends are reminiscing about their high school days and just acting as they did before they left to their respective lives of college, university and work.
It's just a play or script of some people having fun during one summer after several years of being apart and nothing really has changed. | | Comments(0) Liked It: 0 |

The girls decide to create a business in the countryside of Somerset and advertise to other women's vengeful needs. However, their plans are turned awry as one of the girl's falls in love with a prisoner, but he had lied to her the whole time. | | Comments(0) Liked It: 1 |

 | | To Ruby, | | by Liz, Mar 12, 2008 | | A poem consisting of rhyming couplets within quatrains or not. The poem consists of sound to create a sense of haphazard note which is in the imagery of the photographic poem. Autobiographically, the poem was created by the memories of having a dog for a pet and the pet running away. Much milder feelings to losing a child of course, but the double meaning displays how important any level of feeling regret, guilt, pain or sadness should be considered seriously. | | Comments(0) Liked It: 1 |
